The cultuurnota (a cultural policy document) of the Municipality of Zwolle is composed of collages made from images gathered from every corner of Zwolle’s cultural venues, studios, and offices. From historic wallpaper in equally historic buildings to notes and snapshots of performances. It's about rehearsing, making mistakes, and trying again. And about the importance of storytelling, passing on knowledge, and learning.
